Mike Frymyer Posted February 25, 2021 Report Posted February 25, 2021 (edited) I paid for Nitro Pro 11 and had been using it until my hard drive crashed and I had to reinstall this week. Unfortunately, I'm unable to re-install the Nitro Pro 11 software because of errors on Nitro's end. I installed Nitro Pro 13, but the serial number I received for Nitro Pro 11 isn't recognized on Nitro Pro 13. I'm not sure what to do next to try to retrieve the software.
