Paid For Nitro Pro - Can't Use its Features

Paid for Nitro Pro, now cannot use upgrade features such as "Rotate".

Every attempt to upgrade has failed. There are no "Certificates" displaying when I try activating using my Serial Number.

I've tried several times to upgrade and the same errors occur and missing elements prevent me from upgrading this product.

You should be able to access the tools after activation.

Thanks for your help, Leslie. I've gotten three separate Error messages during each of the three Installation Wizard attempts, even after Uninstalling Nitro Pro.

What happens each time, is that the Download Process reaches "98%", stalls, then stops and opens a window displaying the following message:

"Nitro Pro Setup Wizard has Failed". Beneath that message is an orange "Finish" button.

Hello John,

Please use the tool I have provided below to remove all files associated with Nitro Pro and reboot your system.

NOTE: This clean-up tool will erase any existing signature files within Nitro, so please save them to another location before using the clean-up tool in order to keep them.

When your system is back up, close all of your open applications and install Nitro Pro 13.33.2.645 from the page I have provided below:

Hi Leslie. Followed all of the steps you listed. Only difference was the Download Progress reached 100% then Failed again.

Please remove all previously downloaded installers and use one of the direct links below:

x32
x64

Please let me know if you are still getting the same error message.

Hi Leslie,

I removed the previous installer prior to installing version 13, just in case.
