Cannot upgrade. Serial number not recognised.

I am on 13.19.2.356

The serial number from the last Cleverbridge invoice (Dec 2019) is not recognised. 

Help - About - the 1st six digits are shown and agree with the serial number

What do I do?

I have the same problem and no response when posted to forum as requested
