Richard Poon Posted March 1, 2021 Report Share Posted March 1, 2021 My Nitropro version 12 keeps crashing when I use more than 1 editing functions. For example, after I add a few bookmarks and extract a page, it will crash. When I add page numbers by bate number and then wants to change the page numbers again, it will crash. Please help. So to avoid crashing, I have to split the steps. E.g. extract the page, save it and close. Restart the PDF and add the bookmark and save it and close. Restart PDF and highlight. 2- The file you are working on so we can test it on our end More than 50 PDF files, whether scanned or converted from MS word. It happens every time in any PDF. 3- What exact version of Nitro you are using (You can retrieve this information by going to the Help tab> About Nitro Pro.) 12.0.0.112 4- The exact steps you are taking just using the normal functions, e.g. extract, bate numbers, delete pages, insert pages, bookmarks 5- A screen shot of what you are seeing or any error message you are receiving There is not much use to provide a screenshot. When it crashes, the screen of Nitro appears to be normal, but there is no response by pressing the buttons. Thanks. If you see more convenient, please contact my email. But when I 1. extract the pages, 2. bookmark and 3. bate numbers, it is ok. There are also other examples of crashes, but I think you understand that it is not easy to record every step we use.
