Unable to activate manually or automatically

Dear All,

 

we bought 5 license for our accounting business, we supplied 2 of them to our outsourced personnel in Philippines,  after working for a week, the software has deactivated and just wont activate, we reinstalled multiple time. is there a country restriction which could have caused this?
