maureen matthews Posted March 1, 2021 Report Share Posted March 1, 2021 already have Pro 12 installed. went to "deactivate" to activate my 13 purchase. link to upgrade did not download anything. so went to "deactivate". Nitro is asking for devices to deactivate. there is nothing to choose from. keep going in circles. shouldnt' there just be a download to upgrade? I can see that you have upgraded your license to version 13. To use your version 13 serial number, please install Nitro Pro 13 by downloading the installer from the following location: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link. Once Nitro Pro 13.33.2.645 is installed, activate it using your version 13 serial number. The activation process can be done by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate.
