Opening up my bank statement / password

Hi

I have my bank statement which I downloaded from the bank. When I open up on Nitro to convert to excel etc it says it needs a password.

My bank does not protect the document for your own statement.

I am running Nitro Pro 13.15.1.282.

Is it a standard nitro password can I reset?
