Upgrade Issues

I wanted to take advantage of the license upgrade deal for our office computers. We have 16 licenses and I ran into problems trying to purchase the upgrade for 7 of them.

Six of them are saying "thank you for your submission. This Nitro Pro serial has already been upgraded and you are currently operating on our most recent version, Nitro Pro 13". This is not the case as five are running version 12 and one is running version 11.

One of them is saying "We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly.

I have all the original emails with these licenses and they are all running the versions originally purchased (11 & 12). They should all be eligible for the $39.99 upgrade to version 13 just like I was able to do with the other nine. None of the licenses that I am currently trying to upgrade are currently running version 13.
