I have been logged off again and have to buy again? happened in 2020 as well, can prosupport please contact me....you sorted it in 2020 for me

Please uninstall Nitro Pro from your machine and get the correct and updated installer from the page below:
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, activate with your serial number.

Please let me know how you go.
