Nitro Pro 11 License logged off

Hello

I purchased Nitro Pro 11 and now it wont' recognize my serial number.  In the activation portal it shows as 1 license being activated, but when I download new version it says my serial # doesn't exist.

Thank you for your message - I can help you out.

Please install Nitro Pro 12. Note, that it should be version 12, not 13: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

Then activate with your Nitro Pro 11 serial number.
