renew 1 year of product updates

Hi, I am trying to renew our 1 year of product updates for 3 licenses. I did not receive the email to renew. Cleverbridge said to contact Nitro sales, which I did twice with no response. How can I do this? I have already passed the expiration of our last 1 year of updates. I don't understand why you make this so difficult. Please assist. Thanks.
