Steve Monares Posted March 3, 2021 Report Share Posted March 3, 2021 Hello. I have a user who's Nitro Pro 13 was working just fine. Then it starting telling her that "There was a connection issue" with her license. Her Internet is working just fine so I don't know why the software keeps saying that. I then tried to activate the software manually but on the 'Instructions" screen the area where there should be a long code to copy, there is nothing in there to copy so I can't manually activate it.
