Patience Spina Posted March 3, 2021 Report Posted March 3, 2021 I started getting an error every time I open Nitro Pro a couple months ago but I don't have the free support version. Does anyone know what this means? When I click OK on the error box it opens fine so I've been ignoring it but I just started noticing when I print to a PDF the lowercase "L" and uppercase "i" are thick strange looking lines. Is that related? "An error has occurred within our system. Please try again or contact support if this error persists. (Error 401)."

Can you please try to completely uninstall Nitro Pro 12 from your machine first? Please get the correct and updated installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads then activate following the instructions on this page: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/installers/000004464 I hope this helps.
