Moving Nitro to a new computer and it only wants to work with Nitro 13. I originally installed Nitro 11, it didn't work so I uninstalled and reinstalled Nitro 13.

The trial activation says "Trial expired". Can I reset this?

Also, I want to use my keys to upgrade but I get a "contact your business sales rep". This may be because we bought through a previous service provider who was a reseller.

We no longer use that provider. Anyway to get that reset. I  emailed the contact email provided but haven't gotten anything but an automated response.

Can you please send me your serial number so I can check?

Unfortunately, I was unable to find a serial number using the email address that you provided. I will only be able to locate your serial number if you purchased Nitro Pro from our website. If you purchased Nitro Pro from our website please provide us with the following information so we can look up your account.

1.    First and last name of purchaser
2.    Email address used purchase Nitro
3.    Order reference number

If you did not purchase Nitro from our website and have the CD your serial number will be located on the back of the CD sleeve. It may be labelled as Activation Code.
(Please keep in mind that if you purchased Nitro from a re-seller we will not have the information on our systems)

Thanks for the quick response.

It was purchased from a reseller. Unfortunately the original email address is lost in the sands of time.

Should I post it here or is there another way to get it to you without making it public?

In the meantime, can the trial be extended?
