KC Carter Posted March 4, 2021 Report Share Posted March 4, 2021 Moving Nitro to a new computer and it only wants to work with Nitro 13. I originally installed Nitro 11, it didn't work so I uninstalled and reinstalled Nitro 13. The trial activation says "Trial expired". Can I reset this? Also, I want to use my keys to upgrade but I get a "contact your business sales rep". This may be because we bought through a previous service provider who was a reseller. We no longer use that provider. Anyway to get that reset. I emailed the contact email provided but haven't gotten anything but an automated response.
