Recently I had to upgrade my PC to a W10Pro PC with plenty of power and memory. I was able to install and activate without issue. I also have Windows 2010 installed and working normally as usual. My Nirto Pro version is 11.0.3.173 and I am up to date with my windows updates. Since the install I have been blistered on an hourly basis with the following error. Nitro Pro Add-in An error occurred. Access to the path C:\users\lelan\appdata\roaming\nitro\pro\11.0\plugins\nitroexceladdin.ini’ is denied It is driving me crazy and no matter what I do to try and give that folder permission or child or parent folders permission it happens to me all day long. I also might get an error in MS word if both word and Nitro are both open.... It is driving me nuts. I will try and see if the update version fixes the issue but if not I would gladly take a discount and upgrade depending on how it goes. Thank you for the response.
