Quicksign and edit tabs are grayed out

Just purchased Pro13, I need to put my signature on the document but tab is grayed out.

Please advise how to fix.

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Tools are greyed out if:

1. If there is no file open

2. If Nitro is in expired trial or not activated

3. If the file is a locked file (no edits allowed)

You can check the security settings by right clicking on a page on the file then click on Document Properties. In the Security tab you'll see the actions that are allowed and not allowed on the file.
