Problems with activating secondary device on current license

Good day,

I am having problems activating my secondary device at the office to use Nitro Pro.

It keeps saying that the serial nr is no longer valid.

I deactivated the previous license in order to re-activate for both devices, but no success.

Please advise?

Thank you for your message - I can help you out.

Please install Nitro Pro 12. Note, that it should be version 12, not 13: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

Then activate with your Nitro Pro 10 serial number:
