I installed the version provided from your download link as well as a version from cleverbridge email (which both seem the same). So to be clear what's the current version? The version installed is version 13.22.0.414 June 2 2020 (8 months older) - the version Release notes is 13.35.3.685? How do I get an upgraded version or current version? Because your link for upgrades does not recognised the serial number that was sent to me, nor do I understand why I'm getting a older release dated June 2 2020 when I only bought this two weeks ago.
