Sean Gassett Posted March 7, 2021 Report Share Posted March 7, 2021 I get error messages when installing trial v13 so I can activate my upgrade serial number I purchased from v11. The first error message indicates a program is blocking the install - it list the program as Nitro Pro. I push the continue button, then I get an error message that says Nitro Pro Set up Wizard has failed. I get this message trying to install v13 from Nitro Pro website download and I get this same message trying to uninstall v11 from my computer. Please advise.
