E signing

I have a problem with my nitro.

Every time I try to digitally sign any document the application crushes.

So that we can troubleshoot the problem, please provide me with the following:

- The file you are working on
- What exact version of Nitro you are using (You can retrieve this information by going to the Help tab> About Nitro Pro.)
- The exact steps you are taking
- A screen shot of what you are seeing or any error message you are receiving

Hello Leslie, again...

- The problem of digitally signing is with every file... Even when I open a new document and try to sign it...

- I'm using Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574

When I open any file or try to sign any other file I go to protect tab -> Sign -> and then I try to make rectangular to digitally sign and then the program crushes and this window appears

I also try to install a trial version of nitro pro 13 and I had the same problem...
