Michael Bolch Posted March 8, 2021 Report Share Posted March 8, 2021 I have entered my serial number several times, and I just keep going around in circles. there is no human contact for this product and my emails and questions go unanswered all the time. I cant use this product as my time keeps running out and I cant register. this is the definition of Crazy. I understand you are having problems activating Nitro Pro 12. Please install the latest update to Nitro Pro 12. Note, that it should be version 12, not 13: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number. I hope this helps.
