Password Protected PDFs

I am having this problem with my bank statements.  Ever since the bank launched their new website, the documents come password locked and I can't highlight missing items like I used to do when reconciling my accounts.  I called the bank and they claimed the documents are not password protected, but they are!  It's so frustrating.  I can't get them to fix it, so I'm on here to try.  I did print using the Nitro PDF creator, and it appears the "password protection" is gone, but I still cannot use the highlighter.  What do you suggest?

In order to further assist you, what build of Nitro Pro are you working with? You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 13.X.X.X, e.g. 13.2.3.26) or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features.

In order to further assist you, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro? This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.

Lastly, a few copies of affected PDF files so we can perform some tests on our end.
