PhilK1359 Posted March 6, 2021 Report Posted March 6, 2021 This software has done this for years. I AM A SOFTWARE ENGINEER WITH 30 YEARS EXPERIENCE SO I'VE TRIED EVERYTHING! It is NOT one of the lame things they list in the support feedback. It's a huge bug. It happens on 40k files as much as 50Mb files. It's just off in 'gonawana land' doing God knows what... Can't wait until a competitor comes and wipes Nitro pro off the map. I lose 10 minutes an hour on this whenever I use it. Any software engineer with 1/2 brain could diagnose this problem in 1 day using a profiler/debugger. Fixing might take longer. Looking at the past submits doesn't give me any hope of submitting a ticket. :( Dr. Phil KOchan McCall, Idaho
