dave constantino Posted March 9, 2021 Report Share Posted March 9, 2021 Just upgraded to Nitro 13 from Nitro 9, had no issues with permissions with Nitro 9 and now cannot access any files other than off my desktop with 13. My IT company assured me all permissions are set on server/network to allow for use with Nitro 13... not luck, has anyone else had and issue with this? if so what's the fix... there should be some sort of new product support offered.
