Deactivation done but still can't activate on new machine

Hi, 

I used the self-service deactivation tool to remove my license from my old PC and activate on the new PC. However, getting an error message when attempting to activate on new machine. 

Can you help please?

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering the same serial number.
