Deactivate User - no longer works at company

Hi, we have a licence for 2 users.  We deactivated user 1.  but then realized that they needed it so pressed ACTIVATE and entered our serial number to activate.  That was all good, it accepted it.  But now they can't use the PRO VERSION - it won't let them Extract or anything. 

Help on this please.

Hi, our company has Nitro Productivity Suite.  The user can log in on 2 machines.  The problem is that one of the machines is no longer in commission and I can't deactivate the serial number from that machine, which means we can only use it on one machine.  How can I deactivate the 'dead' machine?

Any ideas please.

In order to further assist you, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro?

To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.

This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.

To further assist you, I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.

Hi, thanks for that, but it is still saying "you have reached the maximum number of installations allowed for this license.  Please deactivate Nitro Pro from another computer...

Another adjustment has been executed on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.

Thank you - this has worked.

Although I am getting an error message upon opening. - An error has occured within our system.  Please try again or contact support if this error persists. (Error 401).

My serial number is: 5049xx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx

The build of the program is Nitro Pro 13.6.0.108

To address that error message, please update to our latest build using below installers:
