Dean T
Have received an email advising to update by end of March. However receive an error message when trying to sign in. Have reset password but still the same problem. Error message: "Unable to connect to the Internet. Please check your connection and try again". I am contacted to the internet so unsure why the above error message is being displayed. If any one can assist, that would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks

Sometimes it also displays a message at the top of the screen which says trial has expired. Please confirm if this was a trial version i installed.
