I have just got a new laptop after my last one crashed and wanted to download Nitro Pro V9 again. Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update from this page:https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads Please install Nitro Pro 12. Note, that it should be version 12, not 13: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads Then activate with your Nitro Pro 9 serial number. I hope this helps. Bob Kreycik Posted March 15, 2021 Report Share Posted March 15, 2021 I also am still using version 9 of Nitro Pro, but just received an email saying that I should at least update my current version to avoid potential re-activation issues. I downloaded the update, but it is called nitro_pro12.exe. If I am understanding the conversation above, I would be using version 12 from this point on. Questions: Is my understanding correct that I would in the future be using version 12? Do I need to uninstall version 9 before running the update, or will it simply update my existing version "in place"?
