In order to create templates and everyone have access to them, we decided to try out NitroSign teams. It will not let me add the team users because their emails are already in use. To further assist you, does the affected users have signed any documents in the past that did not require them to create a Nitro Sign account? If they do have a personal account in Nitro Sign, do they have any active document there? Lastly, please login to your Nitro Sign Teams and go to Invited Users. They all had individual licenses and could not join when invited. I've been told that I would have to get enterprise team in order to fix the issue.
