Patrick Hazelwood Posted March 11, 2021 Report Posted March 11, 2021 After using the program for months it started doing something strange, I can review a pdf (for my job) online and it is fine, I save it to do my research report but then when I open it the file is upside down, in the past I have had to rotate an image from time to time but they were always that way from the start not after the fact, any help would be greatly appreciated.
Official Nitronaut Leslie V Posted March 11, 2021 Official Nitronaut Report Posted March 11, 2021 Hello Patrick, Thank you for posting on our Community Forums! So that we can troubleshoot the problem, please provide me with the following: - The file you are working on so we can have a look - What exact version of Nitro you are using (You can retrieve this information by going to the Help tab> About Nitro Pro.) - The exact steps you are taking - Have you tried reinstalling/updating Nitro Pro? I look forward to your response.
Patrick Hazelwood Posted March 11, 2021 Author Report Posted March 11, 2021 can you send me what I need to do uninstall and reinstall/update....I did deactivate then re-inactivate and that didn't help but maybe taking it completely off and putting it back will clear up this glitch .....I have had to go to using my laptop ( I have Nitro Pro 13 on both)...it has just been very annoying because it just started doing it on my desktop yesterday after being used since September.....but yet the exact same files on my laptop doesn't do it
Official Nitronaut Leslie V Posted March 12, 2021 Official Nitronaut Report Posted March 12, 2021 Hello @Patrick Hazelwood Please use the tool I have provided below to remove all files associated with Nitro Pro and reboot your system.https://install.nitropdf.com/professional_13353685/install-cleanup/install-cleanup.zip NOTE: This clean-up tool will erase any existing signature files within Nitro, so please save them to another location before using the clean-up tool in order to keep them. Please see this link for backing up custom stamps/signatures: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/stamps/000004307 When your system is back up, close all your open applications and install Nitro Pro 13.35.3.685 from the page I have provided below:https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads I hope this helps! Please let me know how that goes.
