Error 23 when i try to activate my licence of Nitro Pro 11

Once you click “Deactivate”, you can activate your license immediately by entering the below serial number into Nitro Pro.

I have made this procedure but thay say the same error 23

2

 

What can i do for activate again my licence?

Please note, we no longer support Nitro Pro 11. It has been discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/sunset-policy

Please install Nitro Pro 12. Note, that it should be version 12, not 13: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

Then activate with your Nitro Pro 11 serial number:
