Sue Gionta Posted March 11, 2021 Report Share Posted March 11, 2021 I am trying to move my account from my old computer to a new lap top. As instructed I deactivated my license on my old computer and downloaded the free trial on the new. Now when I try to activate my account by entering in my license number on the laptop I am told that the license number is invalid. I copied and pasted the number into the deactivation area and did the same on the activation area, so its not a case of mistyping. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
