Hi,

I was trying to purchase the upgrade of 5 licenses from ver 8 to ver 13. It allowed me to purchase 2 and then the other 3 gives me a below message."Thank you for your submission. This Nitro Pro serial has already been upgraded and you are currently operating on our most recent version, Nitro Pro 13."Can you please help me purchase the other 3.
