Stamp and Watermark Issues

1. I cannot add images when I try to Create a New Stamp. Not sure if this feature is broken?

2. When I try to create a new watermark using my letterhead pdf, it takes my upload and distorts it.

- What exact version of Nitro you are using (You can retrieve this information by going to the Help tab> About Nitro Pro.)

Issue 1

I cannot add images when I try to Create a New Stamp. Not sure if this feature is broken?

-I click Review > Stamp drop down > Create New Stamp > Content: Image or file: Browse. I select my image (I've tried both JPG and PNG) but nothing shows up on Preview as it continues to be a white, blank page. When I click "OK" I get a message "Please select image or file for the stamp appearance.

-I'm working on a new pdf file.

-Nitro Pro 12.2.3.26

*As a side note, is it possible to create a Stamp shape, like a rectangle stamp? I can't seem to get that to work.

 

Issue 2

-I click Page Layout > Watermark drop down > Manage Watermarks & Backgrounds > New Profile > Add > PDF > Settings > Select file: Browse. I select my letterhead pdf. The formatting of the upload is all wonky.

-I'm working on a new pdf file.

-Nitro Pro 12.2.3.26

 

I can't seem to be to upload any screenshots.

Hello Janie,

You are using an older build of Nitro Pro 12.

Please get the latest Nitro Pro 12 update from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

Hi Leslie, 

 

It says "A later version of Nitro Pro is already installed." and only allows me to click "Finish."

I hope the solution is not to just buy a new version of Nitro.

Please use the tool I have provided below to remove all files associated with Nitro Pro and reboot your system.

NOTE: This clean-up tool will erase any existing signature files within Nitro, so please save them to another location before using the clean-up tool in order to keep them.

When your system is back up, close all your open applications and install Nitro Pro 12 from the page I have provided below:
