Activate new computer

Removed Serial from old computer but now not allowed to add serial to new computer. Tried several times but still getting the same error.

Getting -23: Error -License number already used.

 

Trying posting a support ticket but keep going in loops.

 

Anyone, please help!!

Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number that you just provided.

I've installed latest version of NitroPro 12 but keep getting an error while installing "Nitro Pro setup has failed". Not even getting to put my product key in.

Please use the tool I have provided below to remove all files associated with Nitro Pro and reboot your system.

NOTE: This clean-up tool will erase any existing signature files within Nitro, so please save them to another location before using the clean-up tool in order to keep them.

When your system is back up, close all your open applications and install Nitro Pro 12 from the page I have provided below:

Thanks for that, run the clean-up tool and installed v12. but still getting the error "Nitro Pro Setup Wizard has failed"

Hello Yoav,

Please clear the content of the directory under C:\users\your_username\Appdata\local\temp. For whatever reason, not all temp files automatically remove themselves and is NOT usually caused by Nitro Pro files. Kindly note Appdata folder is hidden and to unhide it, please refer to this article https://cybertext.wordpress.com/2012/05/29/cant-see-the-appdata-folder/ 

And then reinstall Nitro Pro 12.

Please let me know how that goes.

Tried appdata/local/temp deleting files, still installation failes. Also disabled antivirus protection.

Anything else we can do?
