Does anybody knows how to crop a single page extra long pdf page into little A-4 pdfs?

I have problems trying to crop the lessons of a digital blackboard from the tablet into a pdf. I can crop the written part but I cant divide it into single pages. I have upload it ( this pdf) for it is useful. If someone could tell me how I would be very grateful. Thanks in advance.
