Conversion Fault NitroPDFCreator: Page whiteted out after conversion

Hi folks,

after converting jpg files to pdf via the context menu (right click) of Windows Explorer, a large rectangular area is white.
When converting via the printer menu ("NitroPDFCreator") there are no problems.
Does anyone have similar problems or suggested solutions.
The problem has only been occurring for a short time.
No system changes have been made recently.
NitroPro 13.16.2.300
Win10 recent updates
Lenovo Thinkpad (i7) T440p

Please provide us with a sample of a jpg file you are trying to convert to PDF. Kindly send us your step by step workflow and some screenshots as well.

If you haven't yet, please try reinstalling Nitro Pro 13 and make sure you have the latest build installed: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

before I reinstall (I usually hate it),

I attached a jpg-file and the corresponding pdf

I converted the image file on my end using 13.35, and I was not able to replicate the issue you were having. Please see the attached PDF file.

I too am having this problem with converting pictures. The preview picture is fine, but something is happening with the conversion.

I am having the same issue across multiple PCs and versions. First started with version 10 so I upgraded to 13. Tried on multiple users PCs with various .JPG files and sizes but received same issue. When converting .JPG to .PDF the imaged has a huge whited out section in the middle.
