PJ Walker Posted March 15, 2021 Report Posted March 15, 2021 Hi all I've just received notification about the server upgrade and that I will need my serial number to re-activate after the upgrade. I followed the directions on where to access my serial number and all I can see are the first 6 numbers and the rest are XXXed out. I checked my Nitro confirmation email from cleverbridge and all it has is the reference number showing that I paid for Nitro Pro 13, but no serial number. Can you please send me my serial number - I promise to file it away this time 🙂
