I received an email regarding the upcoming server upgrade and the need to upgrade Nitro Pro to version 13.  We are using Nitro Pro 6 and the upgrade web page does not recognize the six serial numbers for the licenses we need to upgrade. Thank you.

Please provide your version 6 serial number so we could check its eligibility for upgrade to version 13.

My apologies for the delay. I am working on adding these serial numbers to your existing account so you could upgrade them to version 13.
