Rjarrard@att.net Posted March 15, 2021 Report Posted March 15, 2021 When I upgraded from 11 to 13, I put in a different email than the one in my NItro account. I received a new license number, but I cannot install the upgrade. What are my options?

The Nitro Pro 13 installer can be located here https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link. If this is the installer that you use to install Nitro Pro 13, please provide a description of the installation issue with a screenshot (if there is an error message) so we could further troubleshoot.
