Mary Licking Posted March 15, 2021 Report Share Posted March 15, 2021 My Nitro Pro qualifies for an upgrade (purchased Sep 2020), I have rec'd 2 emails from Cleverbridge telling me so. Have a 4 pack. When enter one of the 4 serial numbers into the place the email tells me to, I get an error message and it suggests I tell my tale in this forum. In checking your license purchase last 9/9/2020, I can see that the 4-pack license are already on version 13. This is the latest version at this point and you do not need to upgrade the license. The upgrade to version 13 is only applicable to the version 12 and older licenses. If you are looking into installing the latest build of Nitro Pro 13 which is 13.35.3.685, you can find the installer from the following location: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link.
