Upgrading to Nitro Pro 13 License upgrade is not working

I received your email asking me to upgrade. 

So I paid to upgrade from NITROPRO 12 to NITROPRO 13 and the license you sent is not working.

 

ERROR CODE READS:  -20:ERROR - Invalid license number.

 

Very disappointed in this not being an easy process to upgrade.  Judging by just about EVERYONE on this forum they are also experiencing the same issue.

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

My sincere apologies if you are experiencing an issue activating Nitro Pro using the version 13 serial number. 

Please be aware that a version 13 serial number will only work on a Nitro Pro 13 installation. Please check the version installed on your computer by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro.
To resolve this issue, please install Nitro Pro 13 by downloading the installer from the following location:

https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link. 

To activate a Nitro Pro 13 installation, navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter the serial number then click the Activate button.
