Combining v9 Serials into 1 v13 Serial

Hi,

Currently have 4 x v9 individual serials that l will need to upgrade to version 13 and my query is, can l have some at Nitro contact me on a method of combining these serials into 1 v13 serial/license?

I can individually upgrade each serial but thought it would be more efficient to combine them all into one v13 license?
