Unable to validate your serial number for upgrade to version 13

Hi I received a email about upgrading from my Nitro Pro 12 to the current version, but it comes up with a error saying it is unable to verify my serial number. Can you please rectify this.,

In order to further assist you, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro 12?
