Chad St. Onge Posted March 16, 2021 Report Posted March 16, 2021 Hello, I am having the same issue. I have 12, which just got really glitchy in the last week, and now won't open pdf files... Thought I would just upgrade to 13.... but serial number isn't validating.

Rest assured once everything is in place, our Upgrade Portal should be able to recognize your serial number so you can upgrade to Nitro Pro 13 with a discounted rate. In the meantime, we recommend that you repair your Nitro Pro. Please reboot your computer before and after running this repair to ensure that there are no ties to Nitro still active in the background.
