Guten Tag, ich nutze Nitro Pro 10.5.9.9 664 und stelle seit etwa einer Woche fest, dass das Drucken von jpg-Dateien nicht mehr möglich ist. Da ich diese Anwendung täglich nutze führte ich in meiner Verzweiflung ein Update auf 

Nitro Pro 13 durch. Die Rechnung hierzu, mit dem Hinweis, dass die Zahlung PayPal erfolgreich durchgeführt wurde

liegt mir ebenso vor, weder Hinweise, dass eine elektronische Auslieferung erfolgt. Ich bitte um Mithilfe, bzw. Aufklärung wann mit der Auslieferung zu rechnen ist und | oder worin der Fehler beim Drucken

von jpg- Dateien plötzlich begründet sein könnte.

Hello, I am using Nitro Pro 10.5.9.9 664 and have noticed for about a week that it is no longer possible to print jpg files. Since I use this application every day, I performed an update in my desperation

Nitro Pro 13 through. The invoice for this, with the note that the PayPal payment was successfully carried out

I also have no indications that electronic delivery is taking place.

I ask for help or clarification when the delivery is to be expected and | or what could suddenly cause the error when printing jpg files.

-The full name and address of the purchaser
-The email address used to purchase Nitro Pro 13.

To send them via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.

If you have not installed Nitro Pro 13, you may use the following German installers:

x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_13353685/de/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x86.msi
x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_13353685/de/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x64.msi

To know if you have 32-bit or 64-bit, please refer to this article:

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering your serial number (I sent you privately).
