James Feldman Posted March 17, 2021 Report Share Posted March 17, 2021 I installed Nitro Pro many months ago. Recently, I had to roll back my computer to pre March 10, 2021 windows. Now, I am told I have to activate Nitro Pro again, but I can't do it. When I try, I get to the second stage, where it says it will generate a certificate, but I get just a blank - no certificate is generated.
