Annielle Michael Posted March 17, 2021 Report Posted March 17, 2021 I am attempting to take advantage of the promotional pricing to upgrade Nitro Pro to version 13 for 3 users at the firm I represent, however, their current serial numbers are unable to be validated at the upgrade screen. I previously chatted with sales and inquired if there were any version restrictions for the upgrade offer and they said no, but perhaps they were mistaken? All three users are on version 7.xx.
