Nitro Pro 13 Serial number masker

Hello,

I'm administrating the nitro pro's licences in my society, my problem is that  have an issue with a nitro pro 13 licence serial number.

A licence is activated on a computer and I would like to collect the serial number in order to reset this computer and activate this licence back on the computer. In the "About Nitro" Pop up I can read le licence version witch is 13.8.2.140 but for the serial number there is only "50498XXXXXXXXXXXX".

How can I get this S/N ?
