esign - lost ability to have fillable form after adding esign to document

Why did I lose the ability for a fillable form after I added esignatures to 2 lines with the pdf?

Documents with fillable forms are currently not supported when uploaded in Nitro Sign. Form field functionality is a feature request that our development team is currently reviewing.
Please note that this is not currently slated on our short-term product roadmap. You may add your vote to the existing Feature Request post related to this, please see below:
